Burritt’s Wine Dinner Series

Start off 2020 with dinner at Burritt’s. The Holidays are over but there’s still plenty of fun to be had this winter, and we’re excited to get back into our dinner series. This month we welcome Biodynamic Farmer and Winemaker Dave Bos to dinner, and we hope you’ll join us! We’re bursting with eagerness to share these wines and the genuine kindness for the land and people that Dave brings to the table. BOS Wines are powerful, elegant wines that are not only sustainable, they’re just plain delicious. We’ll be tasting through the Californian side of the BOS Wine portfolio, and we think you’ll love these just as much as we do. Our in house Chef, Adam is equally excited for our first dinner of 2020 as it will be feature his favorite protein source – pork. Adam specializes in finding every which way to cook pork, and every time he has us coming back for another bite! We can’t wait to share what these two creative minds paired together. First Course – Pork Belly
Pork Belly lightly cured in Ras El Hanout spice blend, slow roasted & served crispy “Pinchos” style with a Lemon Garlic Aioli Sauce, dressed with Fresh Herbs
