We’re bringing fish back to the Burritt’s educational circuit, with a twist! This time around we’re focusing solely on one fish: Salmon. While Salmon has certainly been heavily featured in our Foley Fish & Wine School, we haven’t had a chance to get into the thick of all things Salmon until now…
Join us Saturday, March 7th for an evening of education, community, and good food as we cook and discuss all things Salmon with Marie Rose of Shoreline Wild Salmon. In less than a year, Shoreline’s Wild Alsakan Salmon has become a customer favorite, often times selling out the afternoon we receive it.

We’re eager to share this Wild Alaskan Salmon in a relaxed dinner setting that gives you time to visit and get to know Marie and Shoreline better. A three course, small plate educational dinner, we’ll be featuring two of their salmon products for the Salad and Entree course, each paired with a wine, and a dessert course that will transform the evening into a cozy dinner party with friends. We’ll show you how easy it is to prepare Shoreline Salmon, Marie will talk about her experience in the commercial fishing industry and why she started a company with friends. We’ll talk Shoreline’s fishing and processing practices, and the difference it makes. During dessert we’ll have videos and slideshows showing the majestic beauty of living and fishing in Alaska and a chance for lot of Q&A. So please join us and taste the Local Alaskan difference!
