It’s Fall and that means it’s time to heat up the kitchen and cook up another Wine Dinner! The first wine dinner in our Fall 2019 Series is a milestone for us; we’ll be joined by Paddy Borthwick of Borthwick Vineyard in New Zealand! We’re excited to welcome Paddy to Traverse City and Burritt’s as our first NZ Winemaker visit and we want to invite you to the party.
Paddy Borthwick is a generational farmer, passionate to share his wines with others. Located on the North Island, Borthwick Vineyard is nestled into the Wairarapa wine region. Known for elegant Pinot Noirs, Wairarapa produces wines that are more mineral driven and has slightly more diverse varietals (Chardonnay from the North Island is delicious!) due to the warmer climate.
