Dry Aged Tomahawk + Delmonico Cooking Tips

    If Peanut Butter is meant for Chocolate, Tomahawks are meant for the grill. Grilled slowly over indirect heat will keep + render the fat into the steak. Quick sear over direct heat when it reaches your desired rare, medium-rare temp, for a great crust + melt-in-your-mouth-goodness.

    Fast + High heat is the way to go with this buttery steak. Start with 4 minutes on the first side, 3 minutes on the other. LET IT REST! Pull from grill + let it rest, this allows the heat to work through the center of the steak for a medium-rare finish.
